The New York State Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization based in Albany, New York. We bring together the most influential African-American, Hispanic, Caribbean and Asian leaders from every corner of the Empire State and beyond. Every year during President's Day weekend, we host a three-day legislative conference in Albany, NY featuring multiple events.
